| DMG Diablo/AX10 Transmission
Picked up a DMG Diablo chassis/top the other day from someone on here. I see it has direct fit up for the R2 transmission, but was wondering if anyone has made a AX10 transmission bolt up. I was thinking of making a skid plate and bolting it to the chassis, any ideas?

I think if an R2 fits, an AX10 should fit too. I'd say go for it.

The R2 transmssion bolts to the sides of the chassis and not to the skid plate. Also, this is what the skidplate looks like http://store.rc4wd.com/Diablo-22-Roc...sis_p_284.html Still trying to figure out how I'm going to make this work. |

test fit and c if u hav clerance if nothing rubs then mark the spot and use the axial skid as a template. drill and counterink install and enjoy. i put an ax10 tranny and axles in a rock rider from rc4wd with no problems and it works great. got 1 of there r2d trans in another rig n thinkn bout changing to an axial for mor adjustability |
