Default Losi spring clamps on axial shocks?

If not any ideas on how to pre-load the springs? The springs are losi greys up front and whites out back. I put internal limiters on the shocks to shorten them up but the springs still want to float a bit. Homebrew ideas welcome. I don't want to spend a bunch of money on new shocks just yet I still have to get lipos, charger and tx/rx to get my frogger rig rtr, then I will get some big bores or losi comps. Thanks for any help

My first idea to! I have the aluminum shock bodies, so I just cut some plastic shock bodies to the length then cut length wise and snapped them around the aluminum. Worked pretty good for now. Thanks skullking I'm glad my post didn't go down a ZERO!
