Are My 3Racing CV's Ment to Bind THIS Bad? (With Video)

I installed a set of 3Racing AxleShaft CV's and was dissapointed that they Mind up like the stock dog bones. They might even be worse? Heres a video showing the binding. Im assuming this is whats happening?
Have I done something wrong? Is this what to expect?

Have you checked the runout (in and out movement of the wheel/hub) ? If the stub of the CVD is loose in the knuckle, that wobbling will happen. Usually it is because the center of the CVD is out of alignment with the kingpin (screws attaching the knuckle to the C)

I just tried shimming the shaft outwords, and it still does it. I then tried shimming the shaft inwords, and it still did it. Im going to replace the outer knuckle bearings tomorow afternoon. If this doesnt fix my problum, is it the shafts?
