improve the geometry so your pinion angle will be better, and the knuckles will still be perpendicular to the ground

They do the same thing the stock ones do actually. Except the RCP ones are a 2-in-1 set up. You can swap the stock C's from left to right to "clock" them. The RCP ones just have 2 holes per side so you don't have to swap L for R's. All you want is a bit of positive caster or 0 caster. This adjustment effect caster just as much as the upper or lower link movement. |

| but wouldnt the links still hold the axle(thus the pinion) in the same position

| Yea. they dont help the pinion angle, they just fix the angle of the knuckles so that the steering arm is parallel with the ground and not pointing down at it. The RCP ones are better b/c you dont have to worry about putting the wrong one on the wrong side and they are aluminum, so thier stronger then the stockers.

The stock AX10 pinion angle is already rotated up. This a great for a comp rig, but for many scale applications the pinion needs to be at a reduced angle for better driveline geometry. Our 2 postition C's allow more options for different set-ups. |

| clocking
if you have spaced your upper link to straighten out your driveshaft your castor changes so then you need to clock the c's to compensate.
