Default Help, my caster is messed up I think???

I have changed my c carriers 100 times, but no matter which one I put where, they are not the same caster left and right. I have pics , but have no idea how to post them.Is ther some way to tell which c carrier goes where?

Looks like axial messed up. My kit has 4 AX80012-2 c-hubs, and no AX80012-1 carriers. I noticed that my carriers were not on the actual parts tree, this stinks! Who should I contact, the shop where I bought it or Axial directly??
