Default Why can't I get my diffs to fit....

Hello team,

I'd consider myself a 20year expert in rc. I am also an engineer.

However, I for the life of me, can not work out how to get the diffs to fit.

I have boom ud gears, and boom badass lockers. And they won't fit into my ar60 axles. If I use the axial lockers or GPM lockers it fits. Are they just badly designed or am i missing something?

Please help.

Pics to show I'm not a noob

That's how I had them, but they seem like 1mm to thick

Make sure you remove the stick on paper style spacer on main gear

If it dont fit force it if it still dont fit use a hammer still dosent fit get a bigger hammer but seriosly if the housing is plastic it will flex if not well they need to be perficly strait ive had to tap them in alittle to get them started usaly once you get past that inital hump they slide right in the rest of the way maybe sand the paint off between the gear and the locker and the bearings and the locker if there is any ive had boom stuff not fit because of the thickness of there paint

look like a quality control problem. There is nothing too much can go wrong here.

Probably quality control at the BoomRacing side, I had a lot of issues like that the with multiple BoomRacing parts being unable to fit correctly...

I think I'm going to have to bite the bullet and get the axial HD gears, they are 40 bucks each here...
