Default My first scale R/C.

New to the R/C world. Picked up a bomber for my 6 year old son. A friend gave me a Yeti tt and he wanted that more. I'm more into crawling than anything so I'll be mostly working to make my bomber better for that.

First night home.

I enjoyed how simple and we'll it worked. But I can not leave anything alone. After reading and watching videos about the bomber I started chipping away at the stage one build

JEC control arms
Vanquish ti links
Vanquish ti steering
Vanquish servo mount
Vanquish currie sway bar
New servo
Raceline wheels
Pit bull tires with foams

So I learned the servo I bought sucks. LOL. I will not turn the tires if any weight is on the tires ( as in when it is crawling and the bomber is pushing on the tires from the side. Need to find a servo that will turn even when the wheels are in a slight bind.

I use this servo in mine. A BEC will also give more power to your servo.

BEC = Battery Eliminator Circuit = it gives full battery voltage to the servo. You'll need it with 2S.

Ok cool! Thank you for the help. Maybe this is why the servo seems week.

just picked up a set of these "AXIAL RACING AR60 OCP Universal Axle Set FRONT SHAFTS AX30780" I could not find any reviews or info on them. But since they are Axial I thought why not.

That's the universals that come in the Bomber kit. I haven't had a problem with mine yet.
