Default Revo Axles

Anyone try using revo axles as the driveshafts on the scx's. You need four more output ends(the ones with the setscrew/pin) and replace the ends with the actual revo axles...my question is can it be done...because i am asuming they are beefier than the stocks and i have some laying around from when i upgraded my revo with cvd's...id would try it myself but i dont have a scx10
