Default drive shaft problem!!

im having alot of issues with the rear drive shaft on my honcho, i keeps poping off the output shaft on the tranny..any quick and easy solutions..i was thinking of drilling a hole were the set screw lands on the output shaft..is this a good idea or will i weaken the output shaft?? any sugestions would be apreciated..

That would work. You don't even need to drill all the way through. Just

I've never had one come loose. Locktite on the set screws.
