Looks like fun, I did the same with mine the other day. I have RC4WD Two Faces on mine, I find they work a lot better as they provide decent flotation on the snow whereas the Flat Irons that I had before just dug themselves into holes and I got stuck easy.

That's a dirty Honcho . I'm suprised at the severe angle on the trans output and shaft Have you lifted the trans at all?
