Default Vintage Switches to Honcho?!

Well my Dingo has seen better days so my brother suggested i would take over his honcho since he got a dingo. I said no at first but then kind of thought about how much better it would be.

So i finished putting it together, went down to high rocks with my bro and the honcho did great! the MT's look beast on the honcho! My brother also painted the hub's red for the front hubs for more scale look. Thanks! John!

At high rocks the MT's really helped me out and they did great and the flex with the AX10 shocks really helped because i actually have 4, 2 oz. weights in the front.

I am really glad i switched to the honcho Here are a couple of pictures of the beast all finished up and put together!

And it continues......

Damn that body is in some rough shape. But like the tires what are they 2.2 or 1.9 Micky Thompson's Baja Claw?

MT's look great on there.

Those poor U-joints need some oil they must squeak like crazy and it looks terrible.

Actually, I love how that body looks. The rock rash, dirt, and mud give it a lot of character. Pretty nice looking rig all around with the MT's and all. Much better than some of the clean and prissy looking rides I see on here.

They are 1.9's I know they look like 2.2's They are 4.75" tall. Quite the size for a 1.9 tire. same for the rok lox but they are about 6mm shorter...

Went over to high rocks today and the Honcho did great! I ran it for about 30 minutes to an hour on one battery. At the end of the batteries life, both of my shafts and my back wishbone came out. When i got home i fixed it but it was still a lot of fun

PICTURES!

Brother in the back

Bumper already scared up from painting it last night!

This picture is my favorite! I was slowly going down this kind of drop off and my crawler was perfectly balanced on the rocks. It was Insane i dont know how it ended up like this!

A lot of flex!

I cant believe it! This was actually like a 3 or 4 foot drop.

Sequence!

So i have a lot of fun today and i hope to go there again after Hawii. We're are leaving tomorow morning. CANT WAIT TO GO!

Yeah, was in Maui just outside the town of Lahaina summer 09. My dad brought all of us out with our kids as well and we stayed in townhomes on the beach. I could sit on the couch in the living room and throw rocks into the surf. Very relaxing, very beautiful, and I want to go back. Only bad thing is the long flight and everything there is expensive as hell.

Yes i am posting this message from oahu right this second! This place has probably the most smells in the world! I have probably smelled over 200 different smells while i have been here! It is a beautiful place with all the mountains and palm trees.

And yes, i agree about the long flight. It felt twice as long because i forgot my Ipod in the car pissed me off... we have another hour till we got on our plane and we weren't even being prosecuted yet haha! So i kept begging to my mom to go back and get it with me. But noooosery! she wasn't gonna go get it. So the whole flight i was either trying to sleep or listening to a little kid scream the whole time! I hate kids when they are on a plane. And thats another thing thats good about this trip, no BABIES! OR LITTLE KIDS! I am the youngest one on this trip so that is a plus to everyone including me!
