4link vs stock

i just helped my buddy build a dingo and i have an old honcho kit.so i got the 4 link bits that come with the dingo and am wondering what difference is in actual performance between the stock 3link and the optional 4 link both with aluminum links so stiffness should be the same

4-link gives more articulation over a 3-link setup.

Here is a basic explanation

I wouldn't say it gives you more articulation, rather that it gives the suspension a better geometry and more adjustment. Too much articulation is bad and can hurt performance. I would do the conversion if I were you."thumbsup"

Agreed. I didn't see a noticeable increase in articulation when I put R2j's 4-link on my rig, but that isn't what a 4 link swap in is for. I did see a noticeable change in that my rig seems more planted, has a lot less axle wrap and the suspension seems much more precise and controllable. Absolutely worth every penny. But be sure to go with R2j's 4 link, it's excellent.
