Help finding red links @ 12.3"

Anyone know where I can buy red aluminium links (front and rear 4 link) - for 12.3" Honcho?

The only ones I can find are the STRC's but nobody has stock.

Red venom creeper links come to mind.. You will have to cut, tap, maybe bend.. I'm in to that stuff so.. maybe you are too...

In my search I seem to be coming across a lot of "lower link" kits. I'm upgrading because I've been bending opposing front left and right rear plastic lowers to the point they no longer maintain any straightness. I've flipped them and rotated them and used my 1 set of spares.

Is the reason for only replacing lowers so that you leave a weak point or flex point (the plastic uppers) to avoid breaking something else - axles/drive shafts etc.???

The uppers don't see near the abuse of the lowers. You could always just build your own or buy a different color and paint them. The red are going to get scratched and show bare aluminum anyhow. I made my own with allthread, steel brakeline and revo ends because I bent a couple aluminum links with some pretty light crawling.
