4 Link Front

Since I put the Tekin motor and 2.2s my front link keeps popping out under stress or sometimes wheel hop. I know there's a million threads on this but some guys say its possible with the stock plate and location and others say you have to move it. My question is leaving the servo in the stock location can you fit the 4 Link truss under it and mount the links ? I found a couple pics of guys who had done it but it looks like it binds. I can make my own bent links if need be. The pic here looks like its all stock parts but the links look like they rub. I have the truss but if it doesn't work I want to have the stuff ordered for the next time I am home to fix it.

If you have done it with the servo in the stock location can you post some pics at rest and at full flex please.

Re: 4 Link Front

flip the links skinny end toward the axle. then put one of the more thin (maybe 2-3mm thick) shock/whatever spacers that should be on one of the parts trees that came with the truck between the axle and the servo plate to shim it up just a hair. that should eliminate any chance of contact.

when i put the four link stuff on the front it looked awful close.. so i just did what i described here and i haven't had anything pop off anywhere and i know a couple of my plastic ends are pretty assed out.
