Question Where to find single pairs of aluminum links?

I am trying to find front upper links for my jk. I already have all of the other links in aluminum but not the front uppers. I cannot find anyone who sells the links individually. Ebay only has pairs that match the front lower and rear upper.

Does anyone have any help?

It would help to know what length you need. Hot Racing sells links in pairs and in several different lengths starting with 33mm and increasing by 5mm up to 58mm (33, 38m, etc. etc.). Links from 8mm to 28mm are sold in sets of four. They also have 55mm, 91, 98, 112, 122, 130 and 160mm.

These do not seem to be available yet, but they state specifically "upper" links for two different wheelbase SCX10.

313 and 305 wheelbase (112mm).

290 wheelbase (107mm)

Axial sells these 6mm dia. in pairs.
Axial Racing - Threaded Aluminum Pipe 6x106mm - Grey (2 pcs.)

Axial Racing - Threaded Aluminum Pipe 6x98mm - Grey (2pcs.)

Axial Racing - Threaded Aluminum Pipe 6x91mm - Grey (2pcs)

......and these 7mm dia. in pairs.

Axial Racing - Threaded Aluminum Pipe 7x73mm - Grey (2pcs)

Axial Racing - Threaded Aluminum Pipe 7x94mm - Grey (2pcs)

Axial Racing - Threaded Aluminum Link 7x87.5mm - Grey (2pcs)

They also carry "pipe" in pairs in a few different lengths, just search for "pipe" on the Axial web site.

With this many options you should be able to find the length you're looking for, even if you have to combine two shorter links to get a longer link you may need.

I am looking for front upper links for an scx10 wrangler with 12.3 inch wb.

When you measure the links, where do you measure? Eye to eye? Aluminum end to end? Total end to end?

Axial link measurements are just the aluminum link, end to end without rod ends. I'm guessing Hot Racing would be the same since they don't include rod ends and Axial has so many different ends on their crawler.

If you download the instruction sheet for the 12.3" TR Links page #2 shows a 25mm and 60mm "post" on each side for the front upper 4-link (rear uses 35mm and 60mm), it also has the part numbers for the pipes/posts/links/spacers and different rod ends used in their conversion. Searching the Axial site for "post" brings up more options including spacers from .5mm to 6mm long plus gray and green posts from 10mm to 60mm in increments of 5mm (10, 15, 25mm, etc.). Forgot they use the word "post" as well as "link" and "pipe".

Seems like they make it difficult to know exactly what we should use to convert, but they also seem to carry just about any length of link and spacer we could need.

alloy link tube measured end to end.

the link tube's over-all length is about 10mm more at each end (20mm total)
due to the link tube ball ends.

It is critical that the link ends measure no more then 10mm
from shank end to the ball mount's eye.

If using longer link ends...
then the susp. link tubes would need be shorter.
