| More Scale Driveshafts?
I am looking for something that's a bit more scale than a CVD style shaft or stockers, not that I can't use stock shafts....these have appeared during my searches: http://www.amazon.com/Crawler-Drive-...GH9FRHHJTNQSHE After reading the last 4 years of posts regarding driveshafts I can't find much that don't recommend Junfac or MIPs. I just want something that looks more real with universals and such....thought of building some out of Traxxas parts but figured I would ask here first. Thanks in advance, Jay |

The other option I've found is these: RC4WD Punisher Shaft II (90-120mm, 3.54"-4.72") 5mm F-350 Hi-Lift |

Traxxas driveshafts work well and are inexpensive. You just have to drill the outdrives out to 5mm; the diameter is already there, but there are flat spots that need to be removed. They are also much easier to shorten than steel shafts. For durability, I have used both T-Maxx 2.5 shafts/outdrives as well as Slash shafts/outdrives on my 10lb 6x6 without issue. Slash shafts would be more scale than Maxx shafts... |
