figured id post my first build

this is my first build, so i am learning as i go. started with a scx10 jku-r kit. i purchased it used, but very lightly used. it came with rc4wd wagon wheels on it, with super swamper irocs, then i started to build.


First i had to go with an xj body painted like my 1:1. then played around with tire sizes, and link lengths.

decided that rc4wd mickey thompason baja claw 4.19 would work well for me.


After the tires i started thinking i wanted lights to look like my 1:1's truck light headlights, so i gave it my best.



And finally i added rc4wd old man emu shocks.

thanks guys, means alot, both builds are coming along! the 1/10 and the 1/1

im pretty much set with my 1:10 until i can get a set of custom bumpers, winch, and roof rack. it sucks because i want to keep building, but already did just about everything i could for now.
