| wheel and tire ? for you guys
I have a rubicon rtr and was wondering if anyone has tried to put a 1.9 tire on a 2.2 bead lock wheel and if so is there any performance pros or cons to doing this I tried using the search first but found nothing.

If you're on instagram go do a search for RcDakine. He has a few pics of 1.9's stretched over 2.2's. The wheels he has are wider then the Axials though. Goin for the cen cal look??

| Re: wheel and tire ? for you guys Hey now, should I be offended? Just be sure they aren't too wide. Some of the 2.2 rims are nearly 2". Last edited by 05Fronty4x; 02-27-2013 at 09:23 PM. |

that's not the cen-cal look, it's the hawaii-truck-look ;) if you literally search "1.9 tires on 2.2" or "1.9 tire stretched on 2.2" in google images, you will see several examples. |
