Default made my battery mount today

it aint pretty, looks pretty good for my fabrication skills, I got room up for the esc that I need to install. the hardest part was all the trimming out.

I see you relieved the plate so your drive shaft wouldn't rub. I did that too but it still rubbed during suspension depression so I moved it above the servo. I hope you have better luck than I.

Mirror the transmission and it should not be an issue - at least on mine it is not. Plus less torque twist.

This and might need to trim the ends shorter depending on how much steering you have so the tires don't rub the battery and plate.

I don't know what you mean by mirror the transmission, the guy at KCRC Crawlers in Reno Nevada, suggested that turn the tranny backwards,so I pulled the skidplate with tranny attached and flipped it around to reduce torque, is that what you mean by mirror transmission. I did it before I made the new battery plate, and as for wheel clearance it looks all right by flexing it, will have to finish the electrical wiring, change out the Tami ya old school plug that comes on the Axial EA-2 esc to deans connector to match batteries, and make motor wires longer and mount esc. then take for a run and see if things rub and bind.
