Default What parts to buy? Dingo RTR to Axial Rubicon.

Hi do anyone know what parts exactly I will have to buy to get the exact wheelbase to fit the Axial Rubicon body?
I bought so many links trying to get a New Bright Jeep JK to fit the dingo SCX10 RTR that now is all a mess. Also the body was not cut perfectly and is a wobbly fit, the current Wheelbase is around 13.5'' wheel nut to nut.

Also does the axial body come with the holes for mounting or I have to make them?

Thanks!

The 12.3 link set instructions contain all of the part numbers and dimensions of the metal links.

You can buy Axial Parts or use the length information to build your own.
Another option is to buy links such as the R2J links.

The Axial JK body set requires you to locate the right locations for the body post holes and to ream them in the right place. This blog from Axial shows the steps to cut, paint and mount the body.

wow thanks! so that would be the only stuff to get beside the body to make it a rubicon with the right Wheelbase.

I have to re-look at all the links I have to see if by chance I have those. If not I be ordering the R2J links they are pretty simple.

Also the front and rear Poison Spyder bumpers , Maxxis wheels, Icon Aluminom shocks (you can buy those without the Icon engraving)

You will need to do something with the bumpers. The choices range from chopping down the Dingo bumpers, the Axial JK bumper sets or higher end metal bumpers. Check out the vendor section for bumpers.

Also check out these bumpers.

Jeep JK Rampage Recovery Bumper to fit Axial SCX10 Chassis

The shocks, wheels and tires from the Dingo will work with the JK body. If you want to change them, I would upgrade instead of going stock.

It is ok if your JK looks different than all of the others. That means you are making it your own.
