Question for Axial Jeep Rubicon owners who installed wipers. Help please!

Hello There.

I want to install wipers from a Bruiser which are the same as a TF2 I believe.

Question is: Which wiper fits best on which side and did you drill a hole to mount and glue or just cut the "nib" off and glued to body?

Any pics would be greatly appreciated. I tried searching but couldn't see any post regarding this little "scale" item.

Maybe I am asking in the wrong forum?

I installed wipers on my Jeep, however I used the Axial part AX80038. I just took a body reamer and did a small hole so i could fit a screw in there

Cool I didn't know Axial had a part number!! I bought the Bruiser parts because someone said they used TF2 wipers. I guess I will take a guess and mount them. I have one short arm and one longer so i am thinking the shorter will go on the drivers side.

Your Jeep looks good!!

Oh and the Bruiser wipers don't have screw holes on the back just the nibs or whatever you call them,

Ok so I decided to just do it! I drilled small holes and can now snugly fit the wiper arms in the holes and determine which looks best on which side. I have it set up so the longer arm is on the drivers side and the shorter arm is on the passenger side. It looks not bad. I will paint the arms silver so they stand out on my dark blue body. I might also try and flatten the blades a bit. They are kind of bowed for a curved window.

Okay so here are a couple quick crappy pics. I like the positions and will paint the arms silver using the model paints and a brush. It should look cool. I hope

Thanks. I always get anxious about mods I do myself. I want it to look as good as possible. Soon it will have a custom made spare tire cover.
