Tekin 35t pro handwound So i just got my brand new tekin 35t pro handwound, i was just wondering if i need to break it in, i heard the water and dry processes of breaking in brushed motors, i heard the pro doesnt like running in water because of the different brushes. Just wondering if i even need to break it in?? lol |
Re: Tekin 35t pro handwound I wouldn't bother |
Mines been going strong for a few months now and I never broke mine in |
Re: Tekin 35t pro handwound Same here. I bolted mine in and the next day ran the piss outta it. No problems either. Going to pick up another for a different rig. Really happy overall with the motor |
Re: Tekin 35t pro handwound thats awesome you like the motor... spent a ton on it lol |
Re: Tekin 35t pro handwound No break in, straight to 3S power and no worries. |
Re: Tekin 35t pro handwound Tekin sent me a new replacement. I drove through a little water and the motor quit. It should be good without a break-in period. Just stay out of water. |
Re: Tekin 35t pro handwound Ok, i will just run it right out of the box, another question, how do you know when to rebuild the motor? |
