New to me scx10 rtr

So i recently picked up a used 2012 jeep unlimited scx10 rtr. So it needs some upgrades ive already replaced the crappy stock shocks with some aluminium ones i had kicking around but im at a bit of a loss as where to go from here. There just to many options.

So long term goal for this thing is to shorten the wheel base to fit an h1 hard body i have and from there its going to be my tow truck to haul my mini mknster mud truck and rip down the occasional trail.

Any suggestions?
