| Brute's first SCX10
Not only is this my first scx10, but first crawler. Ordered myself the Jeep G6 kit to start, and the rest will come in due time So first off, I got a box in the mail: Parts laid out, started putting together axles. I did upgrade to STRC c-hubs and knuckles right off the bat. And now a roller! Electronics hadn't come in the mail at this point. Tires all glued up, Tekin FXR 35T combo installed, CC BEC installed, Solar D772 servo at the helm running at 7.4v, all controlled by a Spektrum DX4C. Roll cage and light bar assembled, body trimmed. Getting the LED's wired up for the light bar and LED's put in the front bumper. Should be just as bright as my Yeti's setup. 3racing winch installed with a back plate on the bumper and controller wired up to run off my BEC. And after a little run time, felt the shocks needed a little attention. Switched all 4 lower springs to the red super softs and changed to 45wt oil. Still need to paint the body (waiting on bottle adapters to use an air brush), mount and wire the LED's that will go in the body itself, then mount and wire LED's in to the matching poison spider rear bumper. |

Thanks! They are flat top LEDs off ebay, 120-140* of spread. Work fantastic because of that.

Yes, 5mm is correct. Thanks for all the kind words! Wiring up those light bars takes a fair chunk of time to do like I want.

Good quality takes time. Always better to do it right the first time.
