Default VP trans help

Trying to finish up my Vanquish trans, Vp case, incision gears, vp idler shaft, incision outputs, vp motor plate/gear cover, and vanquish top shaft. I’m stuck trying to finish off the top shaft. It’s not pin driven like the usual. Can’t seem to find how the assembly should go together. I also have the dual slipper plates. any help appreciated.

Follow the instructions for the slipper in a Bomber or Yeti kit, step 20 on page 22 in the Bomber instructions linked below
http://docs.axialracing.com/instruct..._4WD_-_Kit.pdf

If you already have the dual slipper parts it should go straight on.

That makes so much more sense now.. Thank you. I've also been suggested elsewhere to go towards a non-slipper setup, opinion?

I really like the no slip way....crank it down and go. Need to make sure all the rest of your drive train can handle the torque though and easy on the trigger finger.

If you know anyone with (or have yourself) an original SCX/AX10 with any spare parts AX8009[6] off the trans case parts tree should work as a slipper eliminator on that shaft.
If you get the Locked-Up one make sure you get the 10.2 version not the SCX10

Could also just put a RRP Yeti slipper on it, they hang on really well & can be adjusted to slip only under really solid bind.
