Default Budget beadlocks

I have the honcho and want to upgrade to rock beast tires. Most the post I've found are older.

What is a good budget 1.9 bead lock wheel for the 1.9 rock beast tires?

Check these out on wish ... 50.00 shipped from China but you get them pretty quick

Hot Racing steel wheels; cheap, hold a bead well, and easy enough to assemble.

$40 on ebay from many sellers, I even got a set for $30 a few months back.

Gmade steel wheels are another option. They are even easier to assemble than the HR wheels and have lots of weight to them (both a good and bad thing). A little more expensive and the uncoated steel internals can rust from running in water. I prefer the HR wheels by a slight margin (I do own both suggestions).

Did you lock tight the HR wheels or no need to?

I did for most of the screws. Definitely missed a couple since I was trying to assemble them at work over lunch but everything is still tight.

Got two sets, they work well and are worth the perceived chance on import parts.

I have 4 different sets of those ebay Fanquish/Method knockoffs and I love them.

SSD steel beadlocks are another good reasonably priced option.

+1

I run the China 1.9 knockoffs and they work great. No issues at all. Well worth the price.

+1 for the SSD steel beadlocks. Look awesome, easy to mount, hold the bead well, reasonable pricing.

Get the SSD steel beadlocks. They look great, and you can get a full set for about $70. That's only about $10-15 more than the ebay sets, and you would get them much quicker as they would ship from the US instead of china. China can take anywhere from 5 days to 5 weeks. It's a total crapshoot.

If you want even cheaper, go with the Gmade steel beadlock. The SR02. They are heavier, but they work great. The weight is a pro for some setups. You can get a full set of those for about $40, shipped from the US as well.

The ones that Aiden posted. They have a few different versions and usually run between $40-50 shipped.

TSL XLs are my favorite tires right now followed by Rock Beasts or the Axial KO2 (if you are looking for an AT look).

1.9 Rock Beast XLs are supposed to be coming out soon. They are larger with a different compound and lugs are farther apart. I have a set on order.

can't go wrong with the axial 8 hole 1.9 beadlocks i use them on my haul truck and soon the 2.2 versions on my mud truck cause they are sealed which i like, unless your looking for metal wheels then they aren't for you lol.
also i do believe you can use lockuprc beadlock rings on them as well.

also have them in this color

Have a set of SSD and a set of RC4WD steel beadlocks and will go for the Boom Racing or generic China offerings every time. Aluminum wheels are so much easier to work with. Absolutely cannot stand the frustrations that come with steel wheel options.
