Default Axial/vaterra build

So this is what I've gotten myself into. Taking the vaterra ascender Ford body and tube bed and mounting it on my axial scx10 ii frame. Let me know what you think. The green ascender isn't mine, it belongs to Mr. Rich Trujillo. I'm going to go with that green but I'm planning to have a black hood along with a big axial logo laid across it.

Short front good entry when coming up on a large rock or log , Wont hang up as bad as some . Rear truggy tube bed always works and looks good ,Old ford's look good ,,

Thank you. I'll post pictures as the build progresses. I'm actually looking online trying to figure out a good idea for pinching or dovetailing the front end. If it was a hardbody I wouldn't be too concerned but the thing about clear lexan is I'll have to be careful about how I cut everything if I do decide to dovetail the front. The only reason I'm wanting to dovetail is because the vaterra body will set lower than the honcho body did that I had on there and the fenders on the honcho have wide gaps.

If you do cut it up and pinch the front you could always paint the outside of the cab as well. That way it covers all the stuff you glued up on the inside.

I think I'm going to stay away from pinching the cab for now. I may get an extra cab later to see what I can do. I should be able to get away with some moderate fender trimming.
