If its for the 10.2 I dont believe there are any quality gears available. Hot Racing and Xtra Speed are the only sources I believe (beware of poor quality) Have a look at the Xtra speed gears and their durability here AR44 Overdrive Diff Gears I've been searching myself for the same thing and have come to realize the best bet for accomplishing this might be an overdrive transfer case. Toyzuki makes one and some other transfer cases can be made to underdrive the rear by switching output shafts around. |

Boom racing has them and they deliver great quality. I have two sets running and no issues yet.
