Nice, you guys are killing it.

This is the cheapest option for this type of tranny that fits the point system of our local scale series.

When are the Servo mounts & battery plates going to be available?

Soon. I'm having a week off and will get on with releasing them after a week or two...

This is probably going to sound like a 'dumb' quotation, but, so be it. Is this the same transmission that comes in the TK kit, or is it different in any way(s)? If it is different, what are the differences/changes?

How much reduction is possible with the Spur pinion?
How much overall reduction in the transmission itself?

I am running 14/87 and a Axial 3 gear with 10 II axles in my big Bronco and would love to drop a scale transmission in, but the brushed motors don't like much taller gearing than I have currently due to 5.4" Tsl Boggers.

My current transmission ratio is 16:1 or so.

The TK transmission is 11.8:1 with the stock 32/16 pinion/spur ratio. The motor plate is slotted so there is a little wiggle room going with a few teeth less on the pinion (they are 48P). I have not tried a different pinion on this particular transmission.

The aluminum transmission is lower with a stock ratio of 14.33:1 using the stock 14T pinion. There is room for going down a few teeth on this one as well.

This is the Trail King transmission with no changes to it.

Any recommendations on a 5mm shaft pinion for the TK Stock Tranny gear?

Putting in an Axe 550 3300kv system, and it has a 5mm shaft and the pinion that comes with the Axe system is a 12t but the wrong pitch.
I got no mesh love between them, so need to source a pinion that will fit on the 5mm shaft from the motor, and mesh with the stock gear in the tranny.

Robinson Racing makes hardened 48P pinions for a 5mm shaft but it looks like 17T is the smallest they come.

Hot Racing makes smaller 48P pinions for a 5mm shaft but I'm not sure if that thick collar at the base of the gear will interfere with the mesh on the SSD trans.

that's what I discovered. Ordered a 17,18,19t RR pinion and a 14 and 16t from Hot Racing. Nice to have some options.

Just to confirm, this will not work with a centered front SSD Diamond housing? I just put them in my SCX

I'll get a pic of the underside so you can see the layout with the SSD Tranny. I think it would work as the pumpkin is only shifted about 2/3rds of an inch to the Left side (drivers side) of the axle.

How is the slop on this tranny at the outputs?

Nill to Zero. I move the tire, and I barely rotate it and the tranny is moving. if it was on the table. less than 1/4 inch tire travel. not 1/4 tire roll. lol 1/4 of an inch movement, and that is Max and the tranny is moving.
It's a rather tight driveline, from tranny gear all the way through to wheels.
