Were you using the set pin-thru style for the drive shaft? I use two set screws to eliminate the tiny amount of slack when using the pin-thru style.

Used the stock pin and mip axles. Was no slop

My pro4 snapped the rr one piece the same way. I have the rr hardened aluminum diff gear now and the 6mm supershafty extended outputs with 6mm revo mip hubs on order.
