Looks great Chicklet! You should have a nice, unique piece when you are done.

chicklet 08-14-2011 02:54 PM

Thanks guys! Working on shipping out Wraith parts from my sale thread...I hope to have my Wraith put back together and running this evening. I will shoot some pics.

Erbing 08-14-2011 05:29 PM

Waiting to see this beast"thumbsup"

Now I need to test and tune. I think the chrome wheels don't go too well with the red/black scheme. What do you guys think? We'll see how the plastic holds up with the HH 13t/3s combo. Maybe some VP wheels are in my future. I have to paint my homemade battery tray black so it blends in. I shoo-gooed the front light buckets together because I lost a lens and cover in the first 1.5 run(s) :lmao:. The width of the axles and Rockbeasts is INSANE! I need to measure it. Also working on the links, ran out of rod ends lol.

This rig is a blast...I'm really having a great time with the build! "thumbsup"

Those rockbeasts are awesome tires. Beware... They eat weak servos.

Awesome rig! Hope mine turns out half as good.

Erbing 08-15-2011 11:21 AM

Very nice, those tire's look mean. Does the BRXL fit in the stock location?

swood74 08-15-2011 11:34 AM

Very nice the wide tires look nice....now tell me how they perform!!

SC Convert 08-15-2011 11:47 AM

My 3 year old daughter picked mine up and said " ooh soft!" running mine with pitbull 2 piece foams on rc4wd steelies using 3s fed 17.5t sensored tekin redline heavily boosted w/ 18/80 gearing and they hook up quite well crawling on wet rock Or at speed on dirt.

Harley 08-15-2011 11:56 AM

Looking good! Looks like it should be a pretty solid performer with the upgrades you've done.

Looking good young lady. You know what would make those blinged out wheels look good? Some aluminum panels. Maybe just a roof. Liking the paint a lot.

chicklet 08-16-2011 10:26 AM

Thanks angryone! Yeah I'm really digging your panels. I'm going to trash my stockers and upgrade when you're ready to sell ;)

CarterFab 08-16-2011 07:55 PM

Got you taken care of young lady. Can't wait to see them on an assembled rig. Lol
