look on CKRC's website a ton of pics It bolts in if you put the CMS to close to the front it will hit the upper link mount when compressed. The servo almost hits the receiver box when bolted up so there's not alot of options to get it wrong |

No problem, when I got mine out of the pack I'm like how in the Beep does this go together, but after looking for a while it went easy, don't forget to take 1 of the upper links off, don't matter which one. And if you have flipped the lower shock mount over to get a lower ride height you will need to cut the mount of the back of the panhard mount that goes around the axle

One would think the panhard kit would come with 1 Upper link, so you didnt have an extra when buying a set of uppers since they say to remove one its only 12 bucks but I see it unlikely to break an upper of course I have 0 run time on a big rock crawling rig yet though

I got one of these kits last week. After going through all the trouble putting it on,the steering link would barely reach the servo and was in a hell of a bind. I have the vanquish steering links. So im not sure whats up Sent from my DROIDX using Tapatalk |

| Re: vp cms/panhard the links im running that shon made me (r2j) thats what i was worried about because i had read if you run just a cms your ok but if you run a cms and a panhard your steering link will be too short and mine fits perfect. ill post some pics now and then tomorrow with the links, new knuckles and chubs installed.

I`m not running a panhard kit.I just wanted to get the servo tucked up under the front cause it looks way better.I got this one though AXIAL WRAITH RC CRAWLER > CMS CHASSIS MOUNTED SERVO KIT | eBay Or do you need the panhard for it to work? I didnt want to lose one of the 4 links for the panhard kit from what i have read Last edited by Fanfor88; 01-29-2012 at 10:59 PM. |

Ok so question. I just got mine all installed... (thnx for the awesome pictures everyone).... I still have both links installed, I see no binding issue's etc, so why does everyone say it can only be 3 linked? My suspension cycles just fine from what I can see. Thanks Last edited by meffie; 02-06-2012 at 06:43 PM. |

Do you still have the factory plastic upper links installed? You need to remove one of the upper links to allow for slight side to side movement in relation to the panhard. The higher the Wraith sits, the more apparent the bump steer will be and more potential for suspension bind. I'm running the VP CMS/Panhard with VP upper and lower links. I did not remove the 2nd upper link initially just simply to see what kind of bind it created. Mine had noticeable bind when it got about 2/3 way to bottomed out. Removed the link which removed the bind and had zero bump steer. Marcus |
