Default One happy camper now

I just took out the hair on fire brushless 3300KV and put in the Holmes 35t torque master expert with his BR-XL esc. I could not be more happy with the results. On 3s it has real good top speed and well climb anything slow or fast if you like. I tried 2s and it crawled better so I well use both 2 and 3s power. Smooth running and it runs so cool. It has a 14 pinion in 32 pt and the RR steel spur gear. Also it is running 6 inch tall super swampers from RC4WD on Mayham wheels.

I was running the 56/14 in mine, changed to 56/12, crawls better and still has decent speed, gonna see how it does Nov 3rd at a comp here locally. keep posting how the BR-XL esc does as I may get one myself! I already have the Holmes 27T TorqueMaster Sport 540 and am very pleased with it.

I was going to order a 12t from RPP next time I order. I have a CC mamba max pro and it works good but is not a user friendly as the BR XL. I mean you hook it up and arm it by running without a pinion wot forward then wot backwards and then neutral. Watch the lights blink and hit the trail. Love it. I have tekim, novak , Castle and now a holmes. So far I like the holmes best. Well let you know in a month or so.

i just swapped my ae-2/55t for a tekin rs/17.5 redline sensored, both on 3s. I am liking the little extra wheel speed, drag brake doesnt seem to be as smooth as the 55t tho. still tuning her tho
