| What next?
Hey guys. I have done some upgrades to my Wraith. I have done some upgrades, C-hubs, motor (Axial 55t) and a few other things. Even though it's a brand new motor the torque seems to not be enough. I want to upgrade my wraith to be the best rock crawler it can be. I'm waiting for my motor to burn out then I'll upgrade it to a Holmes Hobbies motor. I was wondering what parts I should get next. I don't want to spend too much. |

Change your gearing if its stock. Gearing down will give you more tourge and better crawling

Just go ahead and retire the 55t motor. You can crawl well with a faster motor. It is a great release to just come off of the rocks and roost up some dirt and mud. Even my devoted crawler has some decent wheel speed!

Try a 35 turn motor and change your gearing to 87/16 to 87/15 this will give you good wheel speed and great torque for crawling. It will also keep your motor temps low.

Ax30401 and Ax30402 are the part nos. for over/underdrives. They help with climbing and turning radius.
