Default What next?

Hey guys.

I have done some upgrades to my Wraith. I have done some upgrades, C-hubs, motor (Axial 55t) and a few other things. Even though it's a brand new motor the torque seems to not be enough.

I want to upgrade my wraith to be the best rock crawler it can be.

I'm waiting for my motor to burn out then I'll upgrade it to a Holmes Hobbies motor.

I was wondering what parts I should get next. I don't want to spend too much.

Change your gearing if its stock. Gearing down will give you more tourge and better crawling

Just go ahead and retire the 55t motor. You can crawl well with a faster motor. It is a great release to just come off of the rocks and roost up some dirt and mud. Even my devoted crawler has some decent wheel speed!

Try a 35 turn motor and change your gearing to 87/16 to 87/15 this will give you good wheel speed and great torque for crawling. It will also keep your motor temps low.

Ax30401 and Ax30402 are the part nos. for over/underdrives. They help with climbing and turning radius.
