Default Cms/panhard issue

I was not gonna do a thread on this but I have ran into a problem and was gonna see what other people had done to solve the problem I just installed the vp cms and panhard kit and I'm running the proline rear slash shocks and I have less than a 1/4 of travel in the front I'm running the shocks in the middle hole in the front and I didn't think moving it to the front hole it would raise it up enough for clearance just by moving it to the front most hole

Ok so what you are saying is that you don't have enough shock travel?

Perhaps you could try if you have not yet done so is flipping your lower shock mount right side up to give you a little more height.

Impossible to say much without pictures man. Without pictures it could equally be assumed you have tiny crappy shocks or hooked something up incorrectly with the pan hard kit

make sure all four corners are the same!

x2 100mm on front
x2 90mm on rear

not so good...

Seems to be the same cms issue. It bottom out going straight down but flex okay.

Cms kits seem to made to work okay on most rigs but end up being not the greatest.

Would take a custom set up for the cms to work properly. Drag link and pan bent and placed to clear axle components

on my last wraith i had the same set-up except for the proline slash shocks i was running stock wraith shocks and had plenty of travel and clearance . currently i have about 2 inches of travel . i had not thought of flipping my lower link/shock mounts over .

here is some pics :

this is with a pair of lexan scissors to show how much space is between the upper link mount and the rod end .

I am assuming you have the battery and most of your electronics up front? Are those slash front shocks? I had clearance issues on mine when I had the lower shock mounts flipped for a lower stance. I flipped the fronts to normal position and the rears to lower it and it has great forward bite and is not top heavy like stock setup. Give it a shot!

its normal...

cms is scale..not performance.

mine is the same way,i had to limit my shocks to keep them from
slapping the servo.

still crawls fine, just limited vertical travel.
