Default What size are the round wheelweights

Hi..

As the topic says... What are the size on the "bullet" wheelweights.

If one of You guys could pick up Your callipers and meassure them IŽd be greatfull.
Metric meassures would be even better.

Hello,

15,3mm diameter and 20mm long. If you make them out of brass, they'll be about 33g of weight (each).

Greetings Frank

I've been told a shell from a .45 caliber bullet fits well also, I'm going to pop off some rounds this weekend and fill them with some lead

The 2.2 wheel weights are .6 inches, or 60 caliber, so the 45 caliber would be smaller.

Nope, my 50cal desert eagle shells are loose. Half inch is too small, the holes are .60inches. Hence the .6 on the VP slugs

You could figure out a way to flair them. I'll try it sometime, now I got to find a time to go shot my gun
And yeah those are loose as shit. I may see what rifle rounds will fit.

I'd do 50 over 45 any day.

Looks a little smaller than this one... I'd hate to shoot the gun that let a .45 swell to a .60 caliber! LOL .451 would be scary...

Indeed it would. I'm talking about shooting my 50 and flairing the shell somehow.

check out vn1500's thread on wheel weights in this forum. He uses a large set screw an it works well.

Yeah, the large set screw is cool. Nova'sArk is selling his Aluminum version of the .6 weights for a good price. More tuning optons. Check him out in the vendor section.
