Default DNA Berg offset with VP knucks?

Specifically thrashers and assassins. Will they clear the Vanquish steering arm and tie-rod arms?
They clear the stock knucks fine.

Bummer.

Anyone making delrin wheels to fit the VP stuff yet?

Has anyone been breaking the stock knuckles? I think I remember seeing a pic of an entire assembly laying next to a rig but I can't remember what the cause was.
How much more steering does the VP chub/knuckle assembly allow?

VP chubs don't add steering just the knuckles do. It adds more than stock because the zero Ackerman so both wheel turn the same. Also you need a straight tie rod for strength and eliminate slop and run full caster

Already built a couple solid tierods for my friends, definitely will do the same for mine.
I thought the chubs would figure into the recipe somehow, guess not. Do the VP chubs allow you to clock further?

Thanks, I title searched steering and got a ton of info.
Knuckle flip, drgrcr steering, Ti tierod, narrowed rims, good stuff and lots to consider as I plan the build.

I've seen the VP steering parts but not held them, nor had a chance to put them on the scale. They aren't much heavier than stock stuff are they?

Nevermind man, I figure they can't weigh much more, and the increase in strength/improvement in design is worth a few extra grams.
But I'm seeing that alot can be done to hack stock parts into performing better. I guess it boils down to time vs money.
I'm not sure what I'm gonna do.
I'll either sell the DNAs and get vp knucks, chubs and narrow the stock rims to work, or keep the DNA's and modify the stock knucks to work better.
