Yeti Kit Rear Driveshaft Issue

Got my kit yesterday and started the build. When I got to the part of assembling the rear driveshaft followed the directions per instructions. Once I screw in the set screw to hold the shaft to the transfer case output the driveline gets super tight.
Without the driveshaft on its super smooth but as soon as the set screw is in place everything tightens up.
The only thing I see would cause this is the yoke on the driveshaft is rubbing the t-case.
Any suggestions ?

The output shaft on the transfer case needs flipped around. One side is longer than the other.

Thank you! I'll give that a try. Probably what I messed up!

I have experienced the same issue, OhioSS' solution made it right.

I had same issue. This fixed it. I went back to the manual and it is actually a mistake in the manual.

Ok that makes this even better. I am used to screwing stuff up on my own, in fact i expect it! but having the instructions be wrong is just hilarious...well in a I want to strangle the axial nerd who wrote this kinda way!

Glad you guys all got it fingered out though!:ror:

I came to this same conclusion and had to flip mine when I built it. Glad I wasn't the only one.
