Yeti Kit Rear Driveshaft Issue Got my kit yesterday and started the build. When I got to the part of assembling the rear driveshaft followed the directions per instructions. Once I screw in the set screw to hold the shaft to the transfer case output the driveline gets super tight. Without the driveshaft on its super smooth but as soon as the set screw is in place everything tightens up. The only thing I see would cause this is the yoke on the driveshaft is rubbing the t-case. Any suggestions ? |
Re: Yeti Kit Rear Driveshaft Issue The output shaft on the transfer case needs flipped around. One side is longer than the other. |

Re: Yeti Kit Rear Driveshaft Issue I have experienced the same issue, OhioSS' solution made it right. |
Re: Yeti Kit Rear Driveshaft Issue I had same issue. This fixed it. I went back to the manual and it is actually a mistake in the manual. |
