| Ud/ od gears
Has anyone experimented with od or ud gears in the rear? I have a friend that would think that like a drifter's setup and have the rear kick out to help in the turns. My thought was that of a typical crawler and pull the front around the turns. Anyone with experience on this?I'm wondering because my rear diff gears are shot and am needing replacement.

I just went with Underdrive front and rear but it probably would be kinda like counter steer on a drifter with the right tires on a smooth surface. Sharper turning on dirt and such all thought with a open front diff seems unnecessary.

In a high grip situation with the rear axle spinning faster I think it would hurt steering rather than help.

yes it would destroy differential gear teeth at high speeds, especially on high traction surfaces!

Well, I guess I'd using in the dirt. I'm building a u4 track at my house. It's going to be epic!
