Default What's needed for yeti in dunes?

What types of modifications do you need to run this thing in the sand or is it ready to go as it is? If it was in the sand how long would it take to clean out all the sand and grime compared to a 2wd vehicle? Would any kind of cleaner work from cowrc of any other manufacturers? Sorry to ask all the questions but was just wondering.

I just ordered the 2.8 sand paws four of them and the other 12mm hex's. So the sand pas would fit (premounted). I think I am going to order the ssd widening kit too. So it doesn't look so funny and have a normal width.

I run mine in the sand consistently, as we go to the beach a lot and it's my sons favorite place to run it. I do absolutely nothing to it before or afterwards. It's a stock, kit version Yeti. The only thing I do prior to sand running, is put a battery in, and the only thing afterwards, is take the battery out. I've run it in very coarse sand, and in very fine sand. It runs beautifully.

no one mentioned you need sand for it I would balloon everything to keep sand out, and make sure your rear axle has a grub screw in each of the extra holes to prevent sand getting in it.
