I recently went to Sunol-Ohlone regional park and found a sweet place to crawl. It's safe to say the whole place is one giant wheeling spot but i found a really good place inside the park, i will be there this weekend maybe Saturday defiantly Sunday, I just wanted to throw it out there is anyone wanted to join in. Got to get it in while we can come the rainiy season its going to be filled with water. The place i found is a huge dry river bed that has water in some spots but since the rain has yet to start it hasnt filled up yet making some greating crawling, BIG rock medium small the whole gambit. The adress to the park is = 1895 Geary Rd, Sunol, CA 94586 Once you get to the park, to get to the spot all you have to do is, follow the paved road (the only one you can drive one in a motor vehical) and go to the end there will be a cattle gate, go through there and follow Camp Ohlone Road till you get to the gratting in the road hook a right and you are there, you have to kinda go down the side of a hill to get there but no big deal. I will try to get some pictures up to clear up my directions. This is the only picture i could find of what the park looks like, i have yet to take pics of the spot because everytime i have got i forgot my camera, but this is a pic of what it looks like in general A quick and dirty map of how to get to the spot PM if you got any questions or need help! |

Looks like a long walk/hike to get from the parking area to the actual crawling spot. Otherwise, nice find!

Actually believe it or not it only takes about 5 to 7 minutes to get there, now granted i ride my mountain bike to the spot, but the map makes it look like it is far but its really not. If you were to hit it on foot it would take like 15 to 20 minutes to get there depending how fast you walked or ran if that's your thing, but i went there today and it was great and like i promised here are some shots of the action! | Thanks and the thing is the pictures do it no justice at all, some of that stuff is super steep like the trail with the crevasse in the middle of it and the rock that my crawler is going up, definitely a place to check out in person for sure
