Re: Sacramento Scaler GTG/Comps

Rob at Gold Country Hobbies in Cameron Park designed the chassis. the first one was g10 plastic and the latest is aluminum, all done based on the body size and the Mrc driveline. no pics other than "action" photos from local cross country events. if you have any questions call the hobby shop, they are more than happy to help out.

Ok thanks kbess. Let me know what you guys think?i think it would look better with some 1.55s but those will have to wait. I will make a true ladder frame, and custom/adjustable shock hoops for it.

Thanks kbess for posting the pics for me since i cant. Thats my jeep body with a stock losi mini chassis. The wheelbase is perfect i think. Im going to moce the front wheels further for a better approach angle.

I would mover the body forward(slightly) to make the wheel Wells completely even with the wheels

Re: Sacramento Scaler GTG/Comps

Having the front wheel forward like that allows for a better approach angle. When your coming up to a rock, it will hit the tires first and allow you to go right onto or up it.

Center the rear wheels and then trim the front fenders as needed. "thumbsup"
