did some more work to the clod, after 1 run decided wheelbase was too short, so i cut rear fenders off.

If you round the fenders that would be best... If not, no fenders. May the force be in you!

Re: Sacramento Scaler GTG/Comps

yes it's true chevy fenders arent exactly round, but they're also not exactly as geometric as you've cut yours. personally, i agree, and say try this out first when you make your cut; you can always cut it out later if you want, but not so simple to get it back once gone. as for the dovetail, that's kinda up to you, but i'd probably finish the quad cab before dovetailing. or just rock the straight up body since that thing is gonna be long and wide. man i miss my old 1:1 k5 diesel blazer and my buddy's 77 camper special, good times.

Re: Sacramento Scaler GTG/Comps

i like your little mini course you got going on. i've got a little bit of stuff to crawl at my place after I added a bunch of cobble to my yard, but I need to get my hands on some larger stones (which go WAY up in price at the landscape place vs the "6-8" random cobble" I got).

what are you pouring on your mini mountain? structolite/perlite mix or something like a stucco mix/brown coat?
