Now I find this...lol. Do you guys still meet on 1st and 3rd Sundays? I am looking to get my new SCX10 to look like something other than a shelf queen :-) Hitting Rancho Park with my wife today but not sure that will do more than dirty the tires. Brand new to crawling and looking for a group to help me get way to involved in tiny trucks.

I was at Race Prep the other day they had a flyer that said 1st & 3rd Sunday @ 3pm at the bottom of Tapo Canyon area.

Bottom of Tapo Canyon? By Arroyo Wash? Or, bottom of the actual canyon. Gonna have to stop by Prep and get a flyer.

Hmm, same distance for me to here of Vasquez rocks so if this is a on going event I'd definitely like to check it out. Any definite dates coming up?

Sorry for the delay. Yes it is down below Royal Ave at the bottom of Tapo Canyon.
I have not gone with the group yet but I have been driving down in the wash with my 1.1 rigs and Rc stuff there is normally a few BMX style jumps back in the big trees.

This group is still active and there are runs most Sundays at a variety of spots around Simi Valley. Best way to get involved and keep up with where runs are is to join the "Ventura county RC crawlers" Facebook group

Almost all of our runs are in Simi valley. We are still doing a run most Sundays (this weekend got moved to today because of mother's day) and there is often also a small run on Thursday evenings. The best way to stay informed on what is going on is to join the "Ventura county rc crawlers" Facebook group
