Now I am more pissed than I should be. Absolutely lack of customer service. Oh wait that is because I can't get any. Woah woah woah, Why am I the one getting attacked here? I never stated anything about them closing. I never said anything negative about them. I just stated a fact - I can't get any help. Why do I ge the backlash? I called many times and get the message. Tried three different phones. Why would that matter. I emailed, I talked to Brad, etc... All I did was state that I am frustrated. Why is that so bad? Why is it my fault that their phones are not working? It isn't. Look at my second post, there is sarcasm. I just wanted some help. Take a deep one people.  |
