| WTF Axial?!
Now I am more pissed than I should be. Absolutely lack of customer service. Oh wait that is because I can't get any. No response to emails, phone number is (edit sorry) not in service, etc. What the hell? I need some stuff figured out or replaced and need the help. Last edited by O.C.D.; 01-08-2009 at 04:06 PM. |

Look for an e-mail from Paul, he just sent you one, we'll try and fix the problem. Our phones aren't disconnected, we're just having some issues with an upgrade. |

I just called the number, and talked to Paul. Nothing wrong with the number 949-600-8642.

| Whenever I try to call my my work (large corporation) I get the number not in service ((949)-600-8642), but if I call from my home or cell phone the call goes through every time. Before you post up something like this and give others the idea that Axial has possibly closed shop, you might want to think about what your doing and maybe try to call from a different phone. Did you ever think that the phone problem might not be in their control? |

Woah woah woah, Why am I the one getting attacked here? I never stated anything about them closing. I never said anything negative about them. I just stated a fact - I can't get any help. Why do I ge the backlash? I called many times and get the message. Tried three different phones. Why would that matter. I emailed, I talked to Brad, etc... All I did was state that I am frustrated. Why is that so bad? Why is it my fault that their phones are not working? It isn't. Look at my second post, there is sarcasm. I just wanted some help. Take a deep one people. |

Wow, I concede. Only on an online forum can these lame situations take place. My blind fold is on and you all have loaded weapons. Sorry to use this place for help. Next time I will not. Now where is the crying icon? |

| Yea, I guess that would be hard to tell. I'll stick to my guns. Not getting help is not getting help. I don't care if it is the McDonalds drive through that screwed up my burger order. Funny thing is that once I posted this thread I got an email?! hmmmmm |
