Only have to prove "physical control" of the vehicle...My very first DUI was a Canadian inside his parked vehicle with the keys in the ignition but the vehicle was not running...Just have to articulate it  ...

LMAO this one has been around for a while kind of had a cult following glad you posted this to refresh my memory of it. The best part is what he says after he gets sprayed. I know my rights I know my rights my wife is gonna kick your a$$ I know my rights...lol to funny. A guy that lives a couple miles away from me got a DUI on a moped way before the scooter craze. He had a basket on the back and it was like clock work everyday he would go get a 30 pack. It was funny seeing a 30 pack of Busch Lt strap in a basket on the back of a 77 Tomos. |

That was some funny shit.... We need that cop here, we 2-3 that ride lawnmowers in town. They lost their license and that is what they can drive. He should have had the deck down and cutting grass on his way...  Never would have been stopped. And to piss in front of the officer, "Now you are arrested and smell like PISS" Too Funny...

The cops in White House TN (about 7 mins from my home in Cottontown) are the effen gestopo. In a town of maybe 5 thousand... Small farming town, they have a dedicated swat team, dedicated swat trucks, and a dedicated training facilty just for their swat team. Any how, the reason for my post. There was a teacher when I was in school that got fired. The reason. She got a DUI while riding her lawnmower while mowing her own lawn. Did she look or act drunk. Nope. Had a beer in her hand. |

That's funny I know around here you could get a ticket if you can be seen from the road (outside) with a beer in hand. It's an old law still on the books from prohibition days. Only really enforced if the cop really wants too(aka you're being STUPID) |
