Default Richard T's customer service

Just wanted to share that i got the chance to talk with Richard Truillo this weekend and what a nice guy. I needed some replacement parts and while he was waiting to run his 1.9 with only 3-4 trucks in front of him, he took the time to run back to his pit and get my parts. I told him it could wait but he did it anyways. His first concern was taking care of Losi's customers and what more could i ask for. Richard didnt question a thing and gave me what i needed. Thanks again.

He took care of my problems today by email. He has been checking his blackberry all weekend and taking care of customers first. He is a great guy and true asset to these forums.

He did a fantastic support when in Barcelona (Spain). Not only providing spare parts but also teaching us all the tips ant tricks of the losi car.

Thank's a lot Rich.

Rich has definitely gone above and beyond for me. I had replacement CVDs before I even ran it and I had a response about my bad spool before I was even off the computer. If you're having trouble contacting him you can always PM him as well.

The Service Bulletin used to have a web form for requesting replacement CVDs, but has since changed to the losi email address. I sent them an email with my serial number, purchase date and address for my 1622 crawler I purchased recently for MOA conversion and got the axles within 4 days. So that email DOES work just fine. I never got a reply back or any confirmation, just a package in the mail with the CVDs...

And yes, Rich has really made Losi shine even with the manufacturing or quality control issues they had with the initial release...

defanitly top notch! i had both old cvd's and wrong cut gears and was quick to get me the parts! ill admit i was close to selling mine with the orignal cvd's and worms due to bad preformance, but with a few home brew mods and new parts from the GREAT PEOPLE AT LOSI it has well out done my expectations!
