Default 2007 FJ Land Cruiser

Saw one on I-25 just south of Denver today.
Are the already being sold?

I'm doing a rendering of a custom one for Kicker right now. They will probably get theirs directly from Toyota. I've designed a few show cars for Kicker before (two were in thier SEMA booth last fall). I think the FJ will probably do well on the market.

Just to be anal, it's not a Land Cruiser. It's an "FJ Cruiser"

I also like them. Although I was told that they are not being sold until the end of the month, but that might just be a regional issue.

We had a Toyota Rep come in last week with a FJ Cruiser, parked real close to one of our back doors and I just about took out the passenger side rear qouarter panel.... I had to mention to the Rep that there are no parts available yet for the rig.

I'm on the list to possibly purchase one later this summer. I have to wait until some of the hype cools down though. I will wheel it just like my '90 and make 35's fit with no lift too

I'm also the only one in our parts dept that is excited about the FJ.... but I can see what it can do. Check Toyota.com site and they tend to update outings with the FJ often.

When did the Element come with an E-Locker and a electronic LSD up front? How about factory rock sliders that can handle a hi-lift lifting on them? How about 32" tires stock? Does ARB make a front bumper for the Element?

There will be tons of FJ Cruisers on the road and off road. When I get mine it'll have dents and rock rash from bumper to bumper. I plan to use it.

It bears a bit of a resemblance to the new Bronco. I saw it at the Off Road Expo in October. Didn't care for it at first, put its growing on me.

That does not change the fact that it looks like sh*t. If it does not have at least a 6' bed it is worthless

They are much shorter in person... I thought that they looked long but once you get next to one you see that it's about the same dimensions as a 4Runner.

Who offers a factory rock slider that can handle a hi-lift?

Sort-of... The FJ Cruiser is based off of the Prado platform.
