IFS King of the Hammers RC?

I'm not sure where to really put this as it's an idea thats marketable.

We know Ryan built his IFS crawler, so there is atleast the idea there. His build and current trends of offroad/desert racing have got me thinking (Shannon Campbell's KOH and Class 1 buggies). Traxxas already builds a pretty nice IFS front that could work, but I don't seem them building a solid axle rear at all. Axial knows about the scale market pretty well, and I think this is more up their alley.

Use IFS front with either locker or open, Solid axle rear, 4 link, Tube chassis/body, 1.9 or 2.2" tires (I'm guessing same tires with axial's scale kits), beadlocks. Rockcrawler based so shorter wheelbase.

Also using that same line of product offer a replacement chassis/body or new kit all together to make it a 4wd class one buggy. I think overall as general bashers, or scale based rigs (like everyone wants scale short course truck).

I would like some feedback, or opinions please.

I don't understand this post.
Are you considering building one of these for your self?
Are you considering building a kit and selling these?
Are you hoping that a company such as Traxxas or Axial produces this kit?
Which one?

Sounds like he's making a suggestion to the manufacturers.

If a big company produces something like that it would be all plastic to make it affordable, IMO. Anything with a metal cage would be very expensive, the ones that have been built on here lately weren't cheap to build, I know for a fact.

Here's a loose copy of Campbell's Class 1 rig.

I have my IFS rig about 70-80% done but you have to remember something.

Almost every rig at KOH is SOLID AXLE FRONT AND REAR. Every KOH race has been won by a solid axle based rig.

Just don't think there would be enough sold to make it worth these companys time or money. But I sure do love to drive them

If I was Racing The one in the middle would be my weapon. Locked axle crawls so much nicer. Plus you can always add wheel speed.
