I have been wanting to try something that will go fast yet still crawl well. After seeing the 2010 Dorkstar. I knew what I had to build. Independent Front Suspension with a locked rear axle. So I started to search my second favorite web site Pirate 4x4. I found to of the coolest looking rig's #5 Shannon Campbell and #4454 Dove Cole's Driven by Nazir Adam. Both trucks have the same look. So this will let me try to build something that does not need to be a true scale of one. Just super fun to drive.

Spec:
Chassis: Built By R2J (Those Colorado boy's are wicked)
Front Axle: Traxxas Slash 4x4
Rear Axle: RC4WD Hardcore Axle (Katan)
Transmission: Traxxas Summit 2 speed (Hitec 225 servo)
Shocks: Traxxas Big Bores
Wheels: ???????????
Tires: ??????????????
Steering: Hitec 7955mg
ESC/Motor: Tekin RS 21.5 Brushless combo (may go faster will see)
Winch: 3 Racing
TX / Rx: Futaba 4PK

The Hybrid is really taking off .

I have started ordering up some of the parts to start one of my own.

After what rbgerrish started, can't wait to see what comes next. Lookin' forward to the build!

RPP shipping is so fast!!! Order stuff on Monday at my door on Wednesday. Thats Cal. to Chi. So I was able to get my front axle completed. I also got a notice from RC4WD that my rear axle has shipped.

Yes it went together very well. That hood does look cool. It comes with no stickers. I have never bought a body that does not have stickers. Also the lights look like they will fit perfict.

I should be able to ship it out to the Rocky's soon.

Thanks man. I like that I can run wide and narrow it up with arms in front and offset in the rear.
